Get to know the structure of each partner company, identifying strategic contacts within their organization and cultivating effective relationships with them
Define and implement joint customer-acquisition strategies in alignment with partners
Conduct regular meetings with partners to discuss progress, goals and strategies
Develop and deliver targeted training to enable partners and optimize their performance
Actively participate in partner-hosted events to increase the company’s visibility
Encourage and maintain a steady flow of client referrals from partners
Monitor the sales funnel and implementations together with partners, providing support and intervention when necessary
Implement initiatives to sustain partner engagement and ensure their ongoing participation

Experience managing client and/or partner portfolios
Knowledge of sales processes
Ability and willingness to coach partner companies and develop tailored strategies for their business
Ability to work productively from a home office, managing multiple demands simultaneously and taking responsibility for the opportunity funnel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred / Nice to have:
Previous experience selling software
Knowledge of ERP or Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems
Knowledge of Growth and Marketing
Familiarity with the operation of the following segments: commercial representatives, distributors and manufacturers
Previous experience in channel sales
