Sales Specialist

Role Overview

• Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients and persuasively presenting our products or services
• Qualifying leads by identifying the customer's needs and determining whether they are a good fit for our products or services
• Managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services
• Continuously updating and maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM database
• Collaborating with other members of the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful cold calling and closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
