About this role
Role Overview
responsible for prospecting, solution selling and closing new business opportunities
responsible for new customer acquisition across the full Twilio portfolio
own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles
ability to multi-thread Enterprise accounts
work with customers across assigned verticals and regions
collaborate with Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists
work with teams in Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations
execute multiple projects and deals
partner cross functionally with Specialist Sales, services, product, and GTM Strategy & Operations
act as the voice of the customer to Twilio’s product and carrier relations teams
establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the unified communications and data platform industry
generate and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce
Requirements
12 years of full cycle sales experience
minimum of 5 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions
Directly selling technical SaaS or CPaaS or Data platforms
experience outbound prospecting
consultative technical solution selling
comfortable working with line of business and highly technical leaders
analytical account development strategy
managing business forecasts and financial models
entrepreneurial mindset
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
