Role Overview
- Help customers with bugs and problems related to the software
- Be part of the implementation process
- Assist new Kadince customers in learning to use the software
- Respond to customer needs via email, calls, and screen shares
- Provide training sessions to customers as needed
- Gather and send bug information to the development team
