Role Overview
Digital Transformation & Customer Engagement Excellence consultants are responsible for planning and executing aspects of a customer engagement transformation within Pharmaceutical and Bio-technology companies.
Benchmarking current Omni-channel capabilities
Formulating transformation visions
Advising global-to-local governance models for transformation
Defining excellence projects
Implementing customer engagement excellence projects, including process definition, standards & guidelines
Developing and delivering training programs
Serving as interim staff
Requirements
Established an independent consulting practice
Proven experience in a Lead Strategist or Digital Excellence role at an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company
Track record of conceiving and guiding excellence programs that make a measurable impact
Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health
Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
