Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and industry research.
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage prospects and generate interest in AltScore’s solutions.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and fit for our products.
Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track interactions and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve messaging.
Continuously learn and refine best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
Requirements
2+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese as a plus).
Strong ability to engage and build relationships through outbound sales strategies.
A self-starter mentality with high motivation and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
A growth mindset with a passion for learning and improving sales skills.
Benefits
Base Salary: $1,000
$2,000 USD per month, depending on experience + commissions.
