Customer Care Specialist

Role Overview

• Communicate with customers and help solve their problems and concerns;
• Report issues to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers;
• Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level);
• Resilience under pressure;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
• A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement;
• A dynamic, proactive approach, coupled with the flexibility to work in rotating shifts: morning (9:00
• 18:00), evening (13:00
• 22:00) and night shifts (22:00
• 7:00);
• An experience in customer service;
• An experience working night shifts
