Role Overview
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound cold calls per day
- Book 3–4 qualified appointments daily
- Follow a proven cold calling script and talk track
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email using the company’s CRM system
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools like Go High Level.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Multiple years of experience cold calling (in the digital marketing space preferred)
- Full sales cycle experience
- from contact to close
Strong preferences:
- Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Experience selling to small/mid-size business owners (SMB)
- Job stability — you don't hop every 6 months
This role is NOT a fit if you:
- Have never done outbound cold calling
- Prefer inbound leads or warm outreach only
- Are looking for a low-effort, low-accountability position
- Can't articulate how you handle common sales objections
- Are not motivated by earning potential and performance-based pay
