Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in platform management, data analytics, and digital product development.
Expertise in strategic thinking, execution, and product innovation.
Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau), and UI/UX principles.
Experience working with ESG frameworks, impact investing, and sustainable finance.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with data privacy, security regulations, and compliance standards.
