About this role
Role Overview
Run point on data analysis for GTM campaigns
Define marketing analytics priorities and apply problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
Responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign tracking, dashboard development, and reporting back to business lines.
Work on diverse challenges requiring thoughtful analysis and decision-making.
Understand Anchorage’s strategic goals and integrate them into analytics planning and goal-setting.
Build strong team relationships and embody culture pillars.
Collaborate across teams, mentor others, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Adapt communication styles effectively and gain buy-in from others.
Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders in their area of expertise.
Requirements
Has a deep understanding of Salesforce and marketing analytics tooling and a working knowledge of financial services, Fintech, or crypto.
Uses analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of campaign performance.
Experience as a Salesforce administrator
Skills in developing dashboards and tracking performance marketing data across a range of SaaS tools
Self starter and strong drive to grow the business within a market leading company.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if: A passion and understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
