Role Overview
- Lead the development of solutions for our clients, contributing your technical and architectural vision to product construction.
- Implement and use tools that contribute to the evolution of the software development and integration lifecycle.
- Provide technical direction and oversight of solution quality and the development team, facilitating organization, structure, and productivity.
- Assess the team's capacity and ensure that defined outcomes are achieved, aligning goals and providing visibility to all stakeholders.
- Understand the market, business, and product, identifying problems and opportunities, and based on this define and prioritize short
- and long-term product objectives.
- Propose well-founded solutions that are feasible in terms of cost and schedule, aligned with strategic objectives, and validate them as quickly as possible with a high degree of confidence in the results.
- Discover, specify, and refine requirements — from conception to launch — for our product, working closely with stakeholders and users.
- Plan and prioritize deliveries and outcomes, ensuring cadence, quality, and the greatest potential impact with the least possible effort.
- Define and interpret product, business, and team metrics to measure results, identifying success cases and areas for improvement in the product experience and team performance.
- Collect, consolidate, and share knowledge, improving your own skills and those of others.
- Design and implement software together with the development team, following software development and quality best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing digital products from scratch.
- Strong expertise in software architecture and development.
- Technology-agnostic with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technologies used: Python, GraphQL, React.js, React Native, AWS, JavaScript.
