Role Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, facilitating efficient communication and workflow.
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and promptly.
Schedule sales appointments and manage the CEO's calendar.
Prepare, format, and proofread business documents and reports.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for proposal development.
Conduct research to support business initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as an executive or virtual assistant.
Proven experience in handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and proposal preparation.
Significant previous experience as an executive assistant may substitute for a degree.
Strong English proficiency is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Organizational: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Technical: Proficient in using Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, Calendly).
