Role Overview
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
- Schedule and perform phone screens
- Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
- Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
- Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development
- Interest in startups
- Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!
