Role Overview
- Promote and cultivate partnerships with managers
- Act as an advisor to managers in handling complex people-related situations and issues
- Support managers to help maintain a working environment aligned with the target culture
- Conduct in-depth analysis of problems and issues, assess impacts, consider different solutions, and make relevant and appropriate recommendations
- Advise and assist managers in preparing and implementing those recommendations
- Provide organizational support on various matters and activities involving the Human Resources department
- Lead and/or participate in various HR-related special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in HR management within a service company and/or in a unionized talent context is an asset
- Member of the Ordre des CRHA (or in the process of becoming one)
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and a good command of English, both spoken and written
