Identify and target potential clients within the automotive repair industry.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific challenges and goals of prospective clients.
Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Identifix in meeting those needs.
Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of Identifix software to decision-makers.
Lead the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections, and working to close deals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates and reports to the sales leadership team.

Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or vehicle repair industry.
Strong understanding of the automotive repair industry and the challenges faced by repair shops.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
