Requirements
- Previous experience and education do not matter; what matters is your ability to deliver results starting from the test task.
- Ability to complete onboarding in the company.
- Complete Starter Training Course to ensure that you can join a commercial project with a minimum necessary knowledge of the workflow and quality requirements.
- Contributing to team processes such as daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.
- Maintaining a friendly ambiance within your team.
- Notifying the Senior Project Manager or the Delivery Manager of any issues beyond your resolution ability.
- Keeping project roadmap updated and understanding project scope.
- Active communication with customers and third-party teams.
