Role Overview
to handle a wide range of residential property work, including large complex matters
engage with prospective legal clients, produce matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation
produce written advice to clients and the required legal documents to progress and conclude their matter
exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner at all times
working with marketing strategies to attract new clients and developing relationships with current clients
assisting and supervising more junior fee earner/paralegals, delegating appropriate work to paralegals
Requirements
highly accomplished Legal Adviser with relevant experience working in Residential Property.
experience in a wide range of complex Residential Property work
ability to manage your workload, knowing when to delegate and when to request additional input, to provide the best client service
an understanding of clients as our business partners & the importance of knowing what is key for them
proven business development experience, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
