5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR consulting, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, or Analytics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify small errors and manage multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data effectively.
Previous experience in generating stories around complex data and presenting them to small, diverse groups.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients.
Ability to work independently on complex tasks while managing multiple projects.
