Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira...).
A results-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving project goals.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is highly desirable.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in Banking and Fintech is a great advantage.
Experience in Saudi market is a major plus.
