About this role
Role Overview
Support technical customer onboarding, including running technical sessions and importing/exporting data and labels into and out of our platform
Build scripts and tools to quickly respond to pressing customer feature requests, and support the product and engineering team in converting these into production-grade platform features
Serve as the face of our engineering team with customers and prospects
Work alongside commercial teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle and support dealmaking with your technical knowledge
Collaborate with the Sales & ML team to prepare and set up product demos
Requirements
1-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role
Strong understanding of Python SDKs, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrations
Ability to estimate the scope of bug fixes and debug code based on stack traces and customer-reported issues
Previous experience in a fast-paced B2B start-up is a plus
