Sales Agent – dentolo

Role Overview

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and sell our insurance product dentolo by phone.
• You advise B2C customers who have left an expression of interest with us and guide them purposefully to the right solution.
• You explain complex insurance topics in an understandable way and respond individually to our customers’ situations.
• You regularly collaborate with your colleagues to develop together and become even more successful.

Requirements

• Initial experience in telephone sales is a plus.
• Ideally you have dental knowledge or a strong interest in diving into this topic.
• You enjoy speaking on the phone, have a sales drive, and easily capture the attention of your listeners.
• Career changers from any customer-facing field are also welcome!
• You are characterised by high perseverance, strong communication skills, and you’re motivated by targets to perform at your best.
• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level). English is not required for your daily work but is helpful in our international environment.
