About this role
Role Overview
Accurately maintain property transaction files in line with legal and internal process requirements
Follow all company workflow processes with precision
Manage tasks efficiently within agreed service levels and deadlines
Open new case files and order property searches for purchases
Conduct transaction chain checks and manage pre-sale files
Capture and record file closure feedback in the system
Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers
Provide guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Support the Sales Progression team once administrative tasks are complete
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Represent the company positively in all interactions
Follow GDPR, confidentiality, and internal escalation processes
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident, professional communication – written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
Comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools
Access to a laptop/PC and reliable high-speed internet connection
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in estate agency or conveyancing sectors
Familiarity with the UK home moving process
Previous remote working experience
Customer service or sales-related training
