setting up all people-related processes in order to improve business efficiency and employee experience.
designing and implementing hiring processes by helping to profile new roles, establishing effective selection strategies, and supporting recruitment panels;
analyzing industry trends, drawing strategic insights, and incorporating these findings when developing processes and advising clients;
developing and implementing our original method Culturivy® on the client's side;
being part of the initiatives organized by Culturivy® Institute;
representing HR Hints at conferences and other events.
Requirements
experience working with an owner or founder; if none, minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and similar roles, with hands-on involvement in key HR processes including performance management, organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development.
experience in consulting and running your own business is a strong advantage,
knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments,
fluency in Polish is a must,
knowledge of English, min. B2+.
