Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business or similar.
Are recent graduates or early in their career, ideally within the world of Finance.
Have an interest in finance, business, or customer success, and ready to take on meaningful responsibility.
Data analytical mindset, allowing data to drive your decision making.
Strong skills in tools such as Excel.
Excel in a team environment but can also work independently when required.
Are fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Have a tech-savvy mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
