Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, efficiently navigate electronic systems while engaging with clients, prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly.
Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, organize and update client information, utilize Excel sheets to manage client data.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals, collaborate with the legal team, assist in preparing and organizing legal documents.
Requirements
Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
