Operations Manager Intern – Master-Level Internship

Role Overview

• Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
• Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness by refining team processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development.
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
