Overall responsibility for ongoing platform operations, including management and optimization of operational processes.
Ensuring the scalability of platform operations through standardization, automation and the development of reusable operations and support concepts.
Establishing and continuously improving support processes, documentation and service standards.
Structuring and developing the operations and support organization, including roles, responsibilities and interfaces.
Coordinating service providers, operations partners and internal operations staff.
Monitoring, incident analysis and continuous improvement of day-to-day operations.

University degree in a technical or scientific discipline, completed with above-average results.
Several years of experience in the operational management of digital platforms or SaaS solutions.
Extensive knowledge of IT service processes, ticketing systems and technical operating models.
Strong technical understanding, process-oriented approach and a pronounced service mindset.
Pragmatic, solution-focused working style.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
