- Commercially wired — you think in pipeline and revenue, not just leads and clicks
- AI-native — you use AI as infrastructure to move faster, not as a novelty
- A builder — you ship, test, and iterate without waiting for perfect conditions
- Hands-on in HubSpot and Salesforce — attribution and funnel data are your native language
- Comfortable owning numbers and being held accountable for them
- Slightly ahead of your years — you've progressed quickly because you deliver
