Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate kickoff activities
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client communications and requests
Monitor customer satisfaction, identify risks early, and escalate when needed
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the DEV team
Communicate project status updates and ETAs internally and externally
Contribute to the improvement of customer success processes and documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and internal teams
Solid organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Familiarity with CRM and/or project management tools is a plus
