Write engaging product descriptions, upload images, and manage collections.
Create a marketing strategy for TikTok and Facebook Shops.
Develop engaging short-form video content (or coordinate with content creators).
Set up ad campaigns and organic growth strategies.
Implement order fulfillment workflows with suppliers.
Set up analytics dashboards to track sales, ROI, and customer behavior.

2+ years of experience launching and managing Shopify stores (dropshipping or private label preferred).
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop and/or Facebook Shops.
Experience with product research and supplier sourcing.
Understanding of ad platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and organic marketing.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
