About this role
Role Overview
Respond to customer queries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner;
Identify customer needs and help our customers to use specific features;
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with our customers;
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with other team members;
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Customer Support role;
Possibility to work full-time;
Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage;
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools would be an advantage;
Proficient spoken and written both English & Lithuanian language skills;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of others' languages is also an advantage;
Multi-tasking abilities.
