About this role
Role Overview
Lead a motivated team of ten Sales Agents.
Act as an empathetic mentor to drive new sales successes and support the team's growth.
Sustainably increase conversion rates, performance, and productivity.
Contribute to process optimization with sales experience and strategic foresight.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to attract top sales talent.
Requirements
Initial leadership experience—ideally in building a sales team within a systematic sales environment.
Several years of experience in telesales to end customers (B2C).
Proven success in previous sales roles; consistently among the top performers.
Data-driven approach: define KPIs, analyze conversions, and develop reporting.
Fluent German (at least C2) and strong English skills.
