Manage a multi-disciplined software development team and projects through the development cycles
Work closely with and lead the cross-functional team to develop testable software
Establish project objectives including managing change to quality, cost, schedule, and features
Complete real-time capacity planning and workload balancing to manage multiple projects
Track project deliverables from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
4 + years relevant experience as manager or technical lead of software development team and projects
Experience with C/C++
Familiarity with AI directed code development tools and approaches
