Execute 360° marketing plans aligned with national and regional goals
Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, media, and community partners
Identify and manage local sponsorships and brand partnerships
Lead consumer sampling programs and evaluate performance for continuous improvement
Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors
Partner with Sales and distributor teams to drive retail visibility and in-store conversion
Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, product forecasting, and campaign reporting
Oversee market operations including warehouse, inventory, and vehicle logistics
Process invoices and manage expenses in coordination with Finance
Support additional marketing and sales initiatives as needed
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in grassroots and brand marketing, preferably in CPG, food, or beverage; 3+ years of team management or field leadership experience
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong background in community engagement, event marketing, and project management
Familiarity with local events and cultural moments that drive community engagement
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work cross-functionally under tight deadlines
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed
