Requirements
2-3 years of experience writing for a B2B/B2C company or creative agency.
Inspiring portfolio that showcases your strategic approach to creating engaging content. Extra emphasis on samples of short, succinct copy that ladders up to a larger narrative.
Fantastic writing (American English), editing, and proofreading skills with an understanding of editorial style guides and design systems.
A performance mindset: you understand how copy supports engagement and adoption, and you strive for continual, iterative improvement.
Proficient with (or eager to learn) Figma, Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Google Analytics, and in-app messaging tools like Appcues.
Adept at leveraging AI to optimize workflows, always looking for fresh ways to evolve brand standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage varied workloads and tight timelines across multiple time zones.
