Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technical (engineering) and non-technical.
Be a Strategic Partner: Work directly with the founding team to understand critical business needs and define ideal candidate profiles for roles.
Build the Engine: Take ownership of our ATS, building out the processes to facilitate a fast, efficient, and data-driven recruiting function.
Champion the Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging your empathy and communication skills to sell candidates on our vision and ensure every person has a world-class experience.
Source the Unfindable: Utilize your expertise with tools like LinkedIn to actively hunt for and engage the "rockstar" talent that isn't actively looking.
Requirements
Extensive Recruiting Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally with a background working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Passive Sourcing: You must be an expert with tools like LinkedIn and have a demonstrated track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive, high-caliber candidates.
Exceptional English Communication & Influence: You are a natural relationship-builder who can navigate conversations with senior US-based candidates with confidence and empathy. English level C1 or higher is required.
Ownership & Autonomy: You have a builder's mindset and are excited by the opportunity to own a function, implement an ATS, and work from scratch.
High-Volume, High-Quality: You have experience managing a demanding req load while maintaining a high bar for quality and a positive candidate experience.
Availability: Must be able to work core hours in the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
Located within Colombia (preferably Medellin).
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
