Lead business performance analysis across products, such as cross-border payments, wallets, trading or infrastructure services.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports to support business reviews and strategic planning.
Track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, market activity, and product usage.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space to identify trends and innovation opportunities.
Serve as a strategic partner, helping product and business teams validate ideas with data and recommend initiatives based on performance metrics.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies.
Clearly communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders in fluent English, both verbally and in writing.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet/cross-border products.
Strong understanding of cross-border product models.
Proficient in data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with Python/R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus.
Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive decision-making.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
