Assist with day-to-day tasks within the Retail Department
Provide support to the Retail Operations department, including assisting store managers with operational and administrative tasks
Collaborate with stores and the warehouse to ensure on-time replenishments
Process and monitor store returns, ensuring proper tracking and issue resolution
Support the opening of new stores by coordinating with various teams
Coordinate cross-functionally to execute internal orders for different departments, considering factors such as warehouse capacity and stock levels

Currently enrolled in university
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
additional languages are a plus, not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
Proactive, organized, analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail
Strong interest in analysis and applications
Excellent interpersonal skills
ability to communicate openly, clearly, and constructively
