About this role
Role Overview
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads daily, following provided scripts and value propositions.
Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and gather relevant business information.
Qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria and determine their IT services needs.
Schedule high-quality appointments for the U.S. sales team to conduct consultations and demos.
Accurately document and manage lead details, call notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment on lead quality and sales objectives.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach to engaging with potential clients.
Provide weekly reporting on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably for U.S. or international clients).
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation KPIs.
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written (neutral accent preferred).
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Familiarity with lead sourcing tools, prospecting techniques, and online research.
Ability to work U.S. business hours and meet deadlines consistently.
A quiet, distraction-free home office set up with reliable internet connectivity.
Experience working in the Managed IT Services or technology solutions industry.
Background in B2B appointment setting for SMB or mid-market clients.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar lead databases.
