Role Overview
- Act as a "Hunter" to identify and onboard new high-growth advertisers in the Irish market.
- Own and grow a dedicated book of business, driving revenue and achieving defined sales KPIs.
- Lead the shift from Brand Awareness to Direct Response (DR).
- Provide hands-on guidance on pixel implementation, catalog integration, and auction-based bidding strategies.
- Monitor market trends and proactively unlock new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales or performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of the "lower funnel."
- A strong existing network within the Irish agency landscape.
- A high level of attention to detail and a "get-it-done" attitude.
- Native-level fluency in English.
