Lead and manage FCA projects from planning, scheduling, survey walkthroughs, and data deliverables
Perform technical oversight and review of FCAs, including building systems evaluations, asset inventory, condition assessments, and recommendations
Oversee/lead teams that conduct on-site walkthroughs of buildings and facilities; ensure teams document findings accurately
Communicate timelines and share feedback from clients and other subcontractors
Serve as the primary client point of contact for project updates, scheduling, and technical questions
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Ensure quality of data and reports delivered to the clients
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Minimum 5 years of experience performing and/or managing Facilities Condition Assessments (FCAs)
Direct working knowledge of FCA processes, building systems, and reporting requirements
Ability and willingness to participate in on-site building walkthroughs
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred but not required
Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
