Partner leaders to stand up new teams, integrate them into the organization, gain alignment on scope and outcomes, guide product implementation within the enterprise ecosystem.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, manage dependencies and achieve defined outcomes.
Utilize standardized tools and best practices to promote consistency, continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
Strong command of the project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability.
Demonstrated success influencing without authority and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
Strategic, analytical thinker able to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and self-directed, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and facilitation.
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
Mergers and Acquisitions experience highly desirable.
Limited Travel may be requested.
