Focus on sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks (scheduling interviews, preparing hiring documents, maintaining ATS records) and drive recruitment lifecycle activities including creating/posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Prepare hiring documents, determine selection criteria and execute hiring strategies
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Create timely reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Be a subject matter expert in your area of focus by regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders external trends
Stay curious about emerging technologies such as AI, exploring how these tools could potentially support sourcing, screening, and administrative efficiency.
Requirements
At least 4 years of sourcing, recruiting or other applicable experience hiring for technical roles
BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field is preferred
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, job boards and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is an advantage
Ability to effectively network & build relationships inside and outside the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple hiring and recruiting managers, priorities, roles
Experience researching, building, and driving strategic plans
Comfortable working under pressure and addressing challenges directly
Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools and processes
Openness to learning and experimenting with AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing and administrative processes, with a mindset of continuous discovery and innovation
