Lead paid social content strategy
generate and test ideas, brief graphic designers/creators, and optimise to maximise efficiency and conversion
Run a continuous test-measure-learn process across creatives, targeting, and landing experiences
Champion pilots across new channels & platforms targeted at customer acquisition, building efficient and scalable growth engines
Own high-impact campaigns & our Refer-a-Friend programme to drive user growth, collaborating closely with the ANZ Campaigns & CRM team
Take ownership of the NZ acquisition marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum impact.
Requirements
4–6 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments
Experience scaling paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
Data literate, able to use insights to drive optimisations and inform decisions
Solid experience with budget management and Excel/Sheets
A strong balance of analytical chops and creative spark; have worked closely with creative teams and/or creators to develop high-performing ads
Track record of collaborating cross-functionally across creative, CRM, and business teams.
