About this role
Role Overview
Build consultative relationships and serve as a strategic reference for the use of our platform.
Map customer pain points and needs, converting requests into clear action plans with internal teams.
Proactively monitor the customer journey, anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze data, prioritize requests by impact/urgency, and organize information for decision-making.
Continuously improve the service through structured feedback from the customer base.
Participate in pre-sales: take part in technical sales meetings to understand needs and support proposal development.
Deliver trainings, workshops, and webinars on the platform and best practices.
Requirements
Organization and multitasking: ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and efficiently.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written), with the ability to articulate solutions and influence teams.
Experience in sales, customer success (CS), support, or post-sales.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets for data analysis and tracking.
Proactivity and ownership mindset: commitment to delivering outcomes that generate tangible value for the customer.
Analytical mindset: ability to interpret expectations and translate them into practical actions.
Plus: conversational English.
