Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers, probes, sensors and patterns.
Implement and maintain Service Mapping, defining topologies and relationships between services and infrastructure.
Integrate ServiceNow with inventory and security tools such as SCCM, Intune, Axonius, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Jamf, Tanium, Lansweeper, among others.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, creating data sources, import sets and transform maps to ingest external data.
Perform technical troubleshooting and make adjustments to data collection, connectivity or data transformation.
Collaborate with clients and the internal team to ensure the technical success of deliveries.
Document configurations, scripts, integrations and implemented best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in ITOM projects with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping
Hands-on experience with inventory and security tools: SCCM, Intune, Axonius, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Jamf, Tanium, Lansweeper
Technical knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and secure authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT, certificate)
Strong proficiency in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform
Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
Technical English (reading and writing)
Previous experience in consulting or professional services projects
