Support of Kennametal dealers in the greater Baden-Württemberg area and in Switzerland
Build and expand a dealer network and ensure maximum market and customer coverage, penetration and retention via indirect sales for our product portfolio
Represent the company to sales partners and their end customers and develop existing and new business relationships
Plan and implement sales-promoting measures together with sales partners to generate profitable revenue and achieve sales targets
Actively participate in information and training events as well as trade fairs
Jointly prepare and align sales plans with sales partners
Actively contribute to the introduction of new products and services and their market launch
Continuous market and competitor monitoring
Regular reporting on the economic situation, sales development, market and competitive conditions in the sales territory, as well as on key requirements and actions to achieve targets and increase sales
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, preferably with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician in mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
Proactive personality with a strong self-starter mentality
Several years of relevant sales experience in the B2B sector
Professional experience and solid knowledge in metal cutting/machining
Proficient in MS Office products and experienced with CRM systems and MS Teams
Excellent written and spoken English
Willingness to travel, primarily within day-trip commuting range
