Role Overview
- Support strategic initiatives within the Growth & Partnerships team
- Conduct research and prepare concepts for new ecosystem initiatives
- Bridge strategy and execution by identifying operational gaps
- Support the design and rollout of new partner pilots
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Capture learnings and support scale/stop decisions
- Manage day-to-day operations and ecosystem inbox
- Review and verify startup applications
- Ensure smooth benefit access and partner coordination
- Monitor platform reliability and workflows (Airtable, Zapier, Slack, email)
- Identify and resolve broken processes or data inconsistencies
- Contribute to operational efficiency improvements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (startups, consulting, growth, partnerships, operations)
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or MBA program, or possessing a comparable qualification.
- Comfortable with both operational execution and strategic thinking
- Structured, reliable, and proactive
- Interested in startup ecosystems and systems — not just individual companies
- Willing to take ownership of foundational operational work
