- Provide best-in-class financing and financial aid support to learners
- Coach learners through key decisions regarding funding their programs
- Proactively assess learner needs regarding financing
- Engage in team training and provide feedback on process improvements
- Leverage tools and systems for optimizing learner engagement
Requirements
- 1+ year in financial aid contact role or customer experience support/advisor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
