Role Overview

• Provide best-in-class financing and financial aid support to learners
• Assist learners through communication channels such as phone, email, chat, text
• Coach learners through key decisions regarding funding their programs
• Provide financial literacy including responsible borrowing and repayment processes
• Engage in team dialogue and training for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1+ year in financial aid contact role or customer experience support/advisor
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
